The Falken EUROALL SEASON AS210 is widely regarded as a high-value, winter-biased all-season tire that excels in cold, wet, and snowy conditions. While users frequently praise its impressive grip and safety in adverse weather, some report trade-offs in the form of increased road noise, higher rolling resistance, and a slightly vague steering feel compared to dedicated summer tires.
Pros
- Excellent traction and confidence in snow, ice, and cold wet conditions
- Strong value-for-money proposition compared to premium competitors
- High durability and long tread life for many users
- Comfortable ride quality, particularly on vehicles with higher-profile tires
Cons
- Increased road noise reported by a significant subset of users
- Noticeable impact on fuel economy and rolling resistance
- Vague or 'spongy' steering response during spirited dry-weather driving
- Inconsistent performance in deep standing water for some drivers
Observations
- Users with high-sidewall tire sizes (e.g., 16-inch) report a very comfortable, compliant ride, while those on larger or sportier setups may find the handling too soft.
- Drivers of heavier vehicles or SUVs (like the Hyundai ix35) report high satisfaction with the tire's year-round stability and towing performance.

Falken EUROALL SEASON AS210
Community discussions regarding the Falken EUROALL SEASON AS210 often revolve around comparing its EU label ratings (such as wet grip and fuel economy) against dedicated summer tyres or alternative brands like Hankook and Goodyear. Users weigh the benefits of having an all-season tyre capability against specific performance metrics and budget constraints for various vehicles.
“All Season tyre vs Summer tyre with better wet grip? I’ve always just assumed that All Season tyres are going to be better for driving in wet conditions than the equivalent summer tyre, but now I’m confused. See these Falken tyres for example: Falken Sincera SN 110 - EU Wet Grip class A. Falken Euroall Season AS210 - EU Wet Grip class B-C The summer tyres are also cheaper & have better fuel economy according to the EU labels. What would be the advantage of all season tyres in these scenarios? Or am I missing something really obvious regarding how the EU ratings work? Read more”
“Falken Euroall Season AS210 vs Hankook Kinergy Eco 2 My mum drives an old VW Golf and needs new tyres for her car. She regularly does motorway trips and wants four tyres that will last. Two tyres that are within her budget (£300) with fitting included are the Falken Euroall Season AS210 and the Hankook Kinergy Eco 2. I'm leaning toward the Hankook just because of the brand recognition but the Falken is an all season tyre whereas the Hankook is only a summer tyre. Does this matter? The Hankook also has better fuel economy and wet braking in when I look at the EU chart but is that cancelled out by the fact it is a summer tyre and not a winter one? How much should I give to the EU rating?”

How do we compare tires?
Every category score blends two independent signals. 60% comes from professional tire tests (braking distances, lap times, noise measurements) normalized against the best tire in each test and weighted toward recent tests. 40% comes from thousands of owner reviews collected from retailers and review sites. When a tire has only one of the two, we use what exists and say so.
