“Michelin PS3 MO1 vs Pirelli Pzero MO About to order 4 new tires for this 2012 Mercedes CLS500 SB (X218), but tire choices are quite limited. Sizes: 255/40R18 99Y front 285/35R18 97Y rear Currently running Pirelli Pzero MO on all corners, which are in desperate need of replacement. Unfortunately, Michelin PS4, PS5 or PS4S are not available in both these sizes in Europe. The PS4 has been quite an improvement over the PS3 iirc, so it feels wrong to go for the PS3. However, the Pirelli Pzero MO isn’t the newest PZ5 iteration nor the previous PZ4 I suppose. So… Should we go for another set of Pirelli Pzero or the Michelin PS3? (PFA) Read more”

“Is the Michelin Pilot Sport 3 a good choice for a daily driver? I've been considering changing my tires to Michelin Primacy 4 for my Mazda 2. I've been quoted with Michelin Pilot Sport 3 ones with manufacturing date of mid 2024 for 25% less, that the garage wants to clear from their warehouse. Is this an overkill? “Suggestiona on tyres Hi everyone, Just wanted to ask if you guys ever had Yokohama Advan Fleva V701. My FK2 has nearly 400bhp and I’m not using it daily anymore as I want it to preserve the baby. My drive is a bit aggressive occasionally but nothing crazy or track day as I don’t have the time. I would like to know if you guys ever had this specific type of tyre. What you think about? They’re actually good? I wouldn’t like to buy again the Michelin pilot sport 4s which I found absolutely rubbish. I found those yoko for the decent price of 98£ each. So I buy it or should I move to Pirelli PZero pZ4 sport ?”

Weather is usually sunny, but sometimes it rains. Are them still a safe and a good choice, or are there some other brands that should result better for my driving style (and for my 215/45 r18 rims)? “Yokohama advan fleva v701? Currently looking at stock sizes for my 99 MRS and the v701s are the only decent set I can find. I live in Canada and I was planning on ordering them for next week, and just thought to do one more validation check before driving out to Bellingham. Pretty new to picking out my own tires, trying to also stay within 550-600usd or maxish 800-850cad including tax if possible.”
